Baked chicken breast stuffed with goat’s cheese and apricot, with creamed cabbage and Madeira jus

Roast topside of beef, honey glazed parsnips, rosemary roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding

Slow roasted belly of pork, apple mash, creamed cabbage, cracking, sage and cider jus

Crispy duck legs, spicy lentil ragu, braised red cabbage, parsnip puree, plum sauce

Pan-fried salmon fillet, olive and chorizo crushed potatoes, wilted spinach, orange beurre blanc sauce

Chargrilled Mediterranean vegetable gateau, layered with feta cheese, haricot bean cassoulet
